Best Litter Receptacles, Inc. has maintained a Federal GSA contract since 1987, selling to all federal government facilities, agencies, and military bases worldwide.

The six models of concrete receptacles that are included in the contract are shown below. The Monitor, an indoor/outdoor plastic receptacle has also been included in this GSA contract and can be seen on the Monitor page. Any other Best Litter Receptacle products are also available as “open market” and the GSA discount is applied.
